To help you find the right size for you, we have included a sizing chart below. You can take a measuring tape and get a friend to measure your body while standing upright in a relaxed, comfortable position. Make sure not to pull the measuring tape too tight to ensure a comfortable fit - unless you are going for a very close fit for a yoga top, for example.
- Bust: measure around your chest just under the armpits, where your bust is at its widest.
- Waist: measure at the narrowest part of your body, generally just above the belly button.
- Hip: measure over the widest part of your hips/buttocks.
- Inseam: measure from the crotch seam (wearing well-fitting pants) along the inside of the leg to the floor - or to wherever you would like your pants to end!
The measurements below are the customer's measurements, the exact sizing on the individual garments may differ according to style - depending on whether it is a fitted or loose style, under- or over-layer.

Please also keep in mind that our fabrics are quite stretchy and can accommodate extra curves rather easily! Bamboo and Hemp fabrics tend to have quite a bit of give. After a few hours of wear the article of clothing will stretch out a bit in areas where it fits tight. You may choose a tighter or looser fit depending on your personal preference.
You can also cut too long pants to fit - either get them hemmed, or just leave the raw edge - jersey fabrics don't fray or unravel.
